You play as Mortilla, a strange upright creature in a nameless, endless forest in the ruins of a battlefield. You have a pact with Roia, a demon who wants you to slay her kin, your fellow beasts driven mad by lingering lost spirits. In exchange for your service, she will render unto you one of her precious arms.
Movement: WASD / Left Stick
Camera: Mouse / Right Stick
Light Attack: LMB/RB
Heavy Attack: RMB/RT
Dash: Shift/LT
Charge Jump/Slide: Hold or tap Space/Bottom Face Button, Ctrl/LB,
Jump onto Tree: Charge Ctrl/LB while facing a tree, or tap to jump onto another tree
Heal: Melee attacks that connect will heal you

The game is very cool and interesting, quite lots of weapon variety too. the game makes you fight somewhat like a ninja frog that can jump tree to tree and can be flinged away like 100meters ish. the atmosphere is very neat.
The knockback sending you flying 100 feet away destroying trees in the process is an inspired choice, I love it.
yooooo topoftheyear!!!! yea i really wanted to make sure that made it in LOL, also if you charge a jump while sliding backwards you can slingshot your way back forward. really wish we didn't lose so much time, i really wanted to refine the gameplay so much more :'3 glad you enjoyed it!!!!

I really like the art design of this game! And some of the mechanics like the sliding after getting hit and the trees being constantly destroyed feel fresh! One of the best game jam games I've ever played. I can definitely see this becoming a much bigger project. The sound is amazing and the music does a great job!
